摘要
针对煤粉锅炉及燃用混煤的锅炉中,影响燃烧率的内扰多且难以测量,易造成燃烧不稳定及参数波动大等问题,提出在控制系统中用总空气量与过量空气系数的比值取代传统的热量信号,可使调节品质更好,燃烧更加稳定。
In boiler burining pulverized coal and mixture coal, internal disturbance of combustion rate was often occurred, difficult in measuring, easily resulting instability of burning and fluctuating of boiler's parameters. A new parameter that the ratio of air flux and excess air quotiety are put out to replace signal of quantity of heat in combustion control system to improve stability of burning and boiler's parameter.
