摘要
本文分析了一种对数域积分电路的特性 ,以及极间电容对其性能的影响 .在此基础上给出了一般对数域滤波器的设计方法 ,以及其在宽频带的流控振荡器 (ICO)和锁相环电路中的应用 。
The characteristics of a type of log domain integrator and the impairment caused by junction capacitors are analyzed.A general filter designing method based on the integrator is proposed.Applications of the integrator in wide band current controlled oscillator (ICO) and phase locked loop are shown and simulation results are given.
