摘要
目的建立补心胶囊中五味子醇甲的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Kromosil ODS C18(5μm,200×4.6 mm)色谱柱,检测波长250 nm。结果色谱条件为:乙腈-水(40:60),流速为1.0 ml/min;本方法线性范围为85.25μg～682.0μg/mL,r=0.9998;方法精密度RSD为0.76%(n=6);平均回收率为98.92%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论该方法准确度高,重现性良好,可作为补心胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法及其定量控制指标。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of Schisandrin in Buxin capsule. Methods The chromatographic column was Kromosil ODS C18 （5um, 200 × 4.6 mm）and detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results Chromatographic conditions were that acetonitrile -water was 40：60 and flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min; The linear range of this method was 85.25 ug - 682.0 ug/mL, r = 0.9998, precision was 0.76 % （ n = 6）, average recovery rate was 98. 92% and RSD was 1.16 % （ n = 6）. Conclusions This method has high degree of precision, high reproducibility and can be used for determination and its quantitative control of Schisandrin in Buxin Capsule.
