摘要
高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术是一门新技术,它具有高分离能力、高灵敏度、应用范围广和极强的专属性等特点。高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在药物分析、食品分析和环境分析等方面已有广泛的应用。该文仅对近年来高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在中草药黄酮类化学成分分析方面的应用进行了综述。
High performance liquid chromatographymass spectrometry （HPLC -MS） is a new technique, which has many advantages, such as high separating efficiency, good sensitivity, wide application and strong specificity. HPLC - MS has been widely used in various fields such as pharmaceutical analysis, food analysis and environmental analysis. This paper is to summarize the recent application in analyzing the chemical constituents of flavonoids from Chinese herbal medicine by HPLC -MS.
