摘要
NdFeB永磁材料的应用范围不断拓广,对表面防护技术提出更多新要求。介绍了NdFeB永磁材料腐蚀过程以及NdFeB磁体因表面处理过程产生损伤的机理的最新研究进展,同时也介绍了我们在复合电镀、复合化学镀、磷化、物理气相沉积铝镀等技术研究及产业化方面的进展。
Sintered NdFeB magnets have been widely used for their remarkable magnetic properties. To improve the corrosion resistance of NdFeB magnets, many attempts have been employed. In this report, the mechanism of corrosion and injury from the process of surface treatment was introduced. The progress of novel electroplating, electroless plating and phosphating in our research were introduced. A technique of physical vapour deposition (PVD) for a protective aluminum coating on NdFeB magnets was developed.
