摘要
目的探讨早期股骨髋臼撞击综合征(FAI)保守治疗的效果。方法选择2010年5月至2011年6月我院确诊的早期FAI患者22例,患者接受正规保守治疗,治疗前后比较Harris评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分,并进行髋关节活动度检查。结果治疗后随访12周,22例患者中有20例症状明显缓解,治疗末次随访平均Harris评分明显提高,从70.25分上升到90.60分(P<0.01);平均髋关节视觉模拟评分从5.90分下降到2.10分(P<0.01),治疗前后髋关节活动度比较无明显改善(P>0.05)。22例患者中有1例症状加重,1例无改善。结论保守治疗能够有效缓解早期FAI患者髋关节疼痛症状,改善髋关节功能,不能提高关节活动度。
Objective To investigate the results of conservative treatments for early temoroacetabular impingement（FAI）. Methods From May,2010 to June 2011 ,a total of 22 cases diagnosed as early FAI were selected. All the patients received standard conservative treatment. The Harris hip score and the visual analogue scores for hip pain and the hip mobility before and after the treatment were compared. Results Patients were followed up for 12 weeks. Of the 22 patients ,20 patients pam symptom were obvtously alley ated. The mean Harris hip score improved significantly from 70.25 before treatment to 90.60 （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the mean visual analogue scores for hip pain decreased from 5.90 to 2.10 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences between the hip mobility before and after the treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion Conservative treatment can effectively relieve the symptoms in patients with early FAI hip pain and improve the hip func- tion. while it cannot imorove the range of hip movement.
