摘要
目前高校开展生涯教育的教育效果不佳。究其原因,一是工具价值理念,导致生涯教育目标异化;二是缺少传承与创新,生涯教育内容偏狭。要改变生涯教育现状,应借鉴中国古代教育思想中"天人合一"的哲学思想,寻找一条适合我国国情的生涯教育之路。
College career education is not very effective. One reason is that the tool value concept, leading the aims of career education offsetting; Another is that lacking of inheritance and innovation, career education contents limited; In order to change career education, should learn from Chinese ancient educational thought of ＂harmony＂ philosophy, make the career education adapt the China＇s national conditions.
