摘要
加强教风建设,是高校学风建设和校风建设的核心,也是高校实现内涵式发展的主要载体。本文通过对我校对教风现状调查研究数据的统计分析,展现了我校教风建设存在的主要问题,更重要的是从学校宏观层面、学院和专业系中观层面以及教师个人微观层面揭示造成当前问题的深刻原因,进而有针对性地提出了进一步加强我校教风建设的主要途径。
To strengthen the teaching style building, is the core of the university study style and ethos of building universities to achieve the main carrier of the connotation of development.
