摘要
教师是立校之本,师德是教育之魂,提高教学质量,关键是教师。教风建设是提高教学质量的一个关键环节。通过分析总结当前高校教风现状,提出了坚持教学中心地位、加强师德建设、强化师资队伍建设、完善管理制度、建立长效机制、树立典型六个方面的加强教风建设建议。
Teacher is the root of the institutions development of higher education,and teacher′s ethics is the soul of education.The key to enhance the teaching quality is the teacher.Style construction of teaching is the core link to enhance the teaching quality.By analyzing and summarizing the style construction situation of teaching in institutions of higher education puts forward six suggestions,which are insisting on the central status of teaching;enhancing the teacher′s ethics construction;strengthening the faculty construction;perfecting the management system;establishing persistent mechanism;building up model.
