摘要
目的观察青鹏膏剂联合红光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法，将85例带状疱疹后遗神经痛随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（40例），治疗组外涂青鹏膏剂联合红光治疗，对照组红光照射治疗，疗程2周。结果治疗组有效率为90．91％，对照组有效率为75％，两组临床疗效相当（P〈0．05）。结论青鹏膏剂治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效确切。
Objective：To study treatment PHN to clinical curative effect of Qingpeng ointment joint red light, Methods use randomized controlled trial , 85 sufferer of PHN possibly randomly divided into the treatment group （45 cases） and control group （n = 40） ,The treatment group use QingPeng Capsule joint red light treatment , The control group red light radiation therapy ,treatment two weeks. Result Effective rate was 90.91% in treatment group, The control group was 75%Two groups of clinical curative effect is fairly （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Qingpeng ointment has well effect on chronic eczema
