摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合青鹏膏剂外用治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及不良反应。方法 68例患者随机分为观察组(NB-UVB联合青鹏膏剂外用)及对照组(NB-UVB),以银屑病面积和严重指数(PASI)来评价疗效。结果治疗4周及8周后,观察组有效率均高于对照组(x2=4.72,P<0.05;x2=4.79,P<0.05.),且观察组不良反应少。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合青鹏膏剂外用治疗寻常型银屑病疗效高,安全性好。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B Phototherapy plus combined with Qingpeng ointment on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 68 patients were randomized to either the observe group treated by NB-UVB radiation combined with QingPeng ointment and the control group treated by NB-UVB radiation. The eff icacy was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index （PASI）. Results The efficacy of observe group is better than the control group,Safety data of the observe group is less than the control group after the four weeks and the eight weeks. Conclusion Narrow-band Ultraviolet B Phototherapy Combined with QingPeng ointment is a safe and effective method for treating psoriasis vulgaris.
