摘要
目的依托医院信息管理系统(HIS),设计护理培训管理模块,实现明晰的护理培训三级架构管理。方法将每项培训作为一个管理项目,针对培训规模、培训周期、培训性质、培训对象、培训考核,设计项目数据表及相应分类字典表,制定培训计划,确定培训对象、内容、周期,实现护理培训的信息化管理。结果HIS可用于培训的内容收集、计划制定、培训实施、考核评估,保证了护理培训工作科学、规范的实施,提高了管理效率。结论该模块基于人力资源系统之下,使培训内容与培训需求、项目设置、对象确定等在个人、科室、医院之间形成自上而下、自下而上的系统互馈,为护理培训提供了良好的信息化平台。
Objective To developa module for managing nursing training based on the Hospital Information System (HIS), and to achieve clear third-level management of nursing training. Methods Each training content was treated as a management item. To achieve informational management of nursing training, data sheets and corresponding classification dictionary were designed accor- ding to training scale, cycle, feature, participants, and test methods; training plan was developed; training targets, contents, and cycle were determined. Results The HIS could be used to collect training contents, formulate training plan, implement training, and evaluate training effects, which guaranteed scientific and standardized implementation of nursing training and improved ma- nagement efficiency. Conclusion The module based on human resource system makes training contents, training needs, project set- tings, and participant inclusion standards be communicated among individuals, departments, and within the hospital, and provides information platform for nursing training.
