摘要
目的了解护士在优质护理服务示范工程活动中的工作体验,为优质护理服务深入持续的开展提供依据。方法对12位某三级甲等医院不同岗位级别的护士进行访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料。结果提炼出五大主题:开展示范工程活动,护士主动转变了观念;提高了患者的满意度、融洽了护患关系;提高了自身价值;杜绝了护理缺陷、提高了护理质量;优质护理的实施仍需持续改进。结论优质护理服务示范工程活动使护理工作由被动转为主动,保障了医疗护理安全,得到了护士的肯定。
Objective To understand work experiences of nurses working in high-quality nursing care demonstration wards, and to provide basis for persistent enforcement of the project. Methods Twelve nurses at varied post levels working in a top-notch hospital were interviewed, and phenomenological method was used to analyze the data. Results Five themes were extracted： nurses changed their service concept; nursing care improved patient satisfaction and supported a close nurse-patient relationship; nurses promoted sense of self-value; nursing defects were reduced and nursing quality was improved; high-quality care required continuous improve- ment. Conclusion The high-quality nursing care demonstration project helps to facilitatea change from passive to active provision of nursing service, guarantees medical safety, and obtains positive evaluation of nurses.
