摘要
本文从医学人文的内涵、医患信任危机的原因以及科主任职业的特点阐述了临床科主任提高人文素养的必要性;深入探讨综合医院临床科主任在对待患者,对待医学科学的认知,对待医学高新技术的应用,对待同行等方面应具备的人文素养;从教育体系、社会氛围、医院管理及医学人文研究等方面探讨培养和提升临床科主任人文素养的途径和方法,为如何提高临床科主任人文素养提供思路。
It is necessary to improve humanistic quality of directors in general hospital because of medical humanities con- tent, the trust crisis appearing between doctors and patients and the characteristic of post of the directors. We think about that humanity spirit which must be acquired for these directors such as how to treat patients and fraternity,medical science cognition, how to apply advanced medical technology. We analyzed the ways and methods how to cultivate and improve the directors, humanity quality from education system, social atmosphere, hospital management and medical humanity researc- hing. It can give us some good advice how to improve these director＇s humanity quality.
