摘要
当代医学高新技术迅猛发展,使医学各有关领域都发生了深刻变革。这些高新技术的应用大大提高了临床诊治水平,使过去视为不治之症的病人获得了治愈或延长了生存时间。医疗高新技术的发展在提高医疗技术水平的同时也使医疗费用大幅提升。新医改方案(征求意见稿)总体目标是建立覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度,本文针对医疗高新技术引发医疗费用大幅提升的原因,以及新医改当中如何加强对高新技术的监管进行了探讨。
The each related medicine domain have the profound transformation because the rapid development of high and new medicine technology. The application of high and new technologies elevated the level of treatment, so could cure or extend the survival time of patients with incurable disease. The development of high-tech medicine to improve the level of medical technology as well as the rapid increased of medical expenses. This paper, the discussion reasons about high-tech medical care lead to increased costs, and high-tech ways supervision in the new era. How prevents the medicine expensive rapid increase. So, the applications of high and new technologies provide the standardization. It will provide a basis that control medical expense from the high and new medicine technology in the new medical reform program.
