摘要
校企合作共建实训基地符合湖北省战略性新兴(支柱)产业人才计划项目建设要求,是提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、就业能力、创新能力的重要途径。通过以建立健全组织管理体制、共享设备资源条件、建设专兼结合指导教师队伍、共同制定实习实训方案、共同开发实训课程、共同编写实训教材等为校企合作共建实训基地建设的主要内容,积极构建企校合作的方式,实现培养具有实践能力和创新精神的大学生。
Cooperation between schools and enterprises to build training base conforms to meet the requirements of Hubei Province emerging strategic （pillar） industry talent project,and is the important way to improve the students＇ learning ability, practical ability, employment ability and innovation ability. This article through to the establishment of a sound organizational management system, sharing of equipment resources conditions, construction specialization and teacher team, to develop practice and training program, common development training course ,jointly write training materials as the main content for the cooperation between schools and enterprises to build the construction of training base, active compose builds enterprise and school cooperation way, to realize the training of practical ability and innovation spirit of University students.
