摘要
为提高装备作战使用效能,对装备可靠性监督及控制进行研究。以装备质量控制与可靠性的关系为起点,论述装备可靠性监督控制的含义,阐述装备可靠性监督控制的主要内容和手段,研究装备的可靠性监督控制方法。研究结果表明:只有做到监督控制程序化、工作标准化和管理规范化,才能对产品的各个环节实施有效控制,达到提高产品固有质量与可靠性水平的目的。
