摘要
目的:通过建立医疗设备临床使用风险分析和评估体系,实现对医疗设备的周期维护,确保设备的安全使用。方法:利用医疗设备风险值(RiskLevel,RL)评估,划分出临床医疗设备等级,制定不同的巡检及维护周期。结果:通过评估体系的建立,合理安排了巡检、设备预防性维护,确保了临床设备的安全使用。结论:医疗设备临床使用风险分析和评估体系的建立,对医疗设备的安全使用和患者的生命安全有着重要的意义。
Objective： To establish a risk analysis and evaluation system for the clinical use of medical devices to ensure periodical maintenance of the devices and their safety. Methods： The medical devices were partitioned for sever ranks according to the medical device risk level. Then we could detect and maintain the devices periodically. Results： The detection and maintenance of medical devices could be performed periodically through the establishment of the evaluation system, which ensured the safe use of the devices. Conclusion： It is important to establish the risk analysis and evaluation system for clinical use of medical devices.
