摘要
针对某贫细赤铁矿进行强磁选—反浮选工艺流程试验和扩大连续试验,较好地回收了有用矿物赤铁矿,并有效地降低了铁精矿中的SiO2等杂质含量,最终可以得到铁品位63.5%、SiO2品位5.82%、铁回收率71.11%的铁精矿。扩大连续试验技术指标和闭路试验指标基本吻合,比较圆满地实现了连选过程平衡,各作业运行状况稳定,技术指标稳定,结果比较理想,为下一步工业试验及工业生产打下一定基础。
For the fine lean hematite ore, the useful mineral, hematite, had been recovered well and the content of SiO2 and other impurities in the iron concentrate was reduced effectively by a processing flowsheet of "high - intensity magnetic concentration - reverse flotation" in experimental test and pilot - scale continuous test. The iron concentrate containing 63.5% TFe bearing 5.82% SiO2 was obtained with an iron recovery of 71.11%. The technical indexes of pilot - scale test is basically consistent with the closed - circuit test, even more successful in process balance, The process runs in stable condition, with good technical index and ideal results. The results can lay a foundation for the next industrial test and industrial production.
