摘要 目的 :建立一种新的测钌的流动注射方法。方法 :利用钌在酸性介质中对KIO4 氧化偶氮氯膦mA的褪色反应的催化作用 ,据此应用于流动注射分析法 ,并用均匀设计法选择最佳条件 ,测定贵金属精矿中的钌。结果 :Ru(Ⅲ )在 0 0 2 0~1 0 0 0 μg/ml范围内服从比尔定律 ,检测限为 0 0 10 μg/ml ,进样频率为 98次 /h。 结论 :此方法灵敏、快速 。 Objective: To develop a new flow injection-kinetic method for the determination of element ruthenium. Methods: The new flow injection method is based on the principle that element Ru(Ⅲ) can catalyse the KIO 4 -induced oxidation fading reaction of chlorophosphonazo mA in acid medium. The reaction conditions were optimized by uniform design. The method had been applied to determine Ru(Ⅲ) in refined ore. Results: Beer's law was obeyed from 0.020 to 1.000 μg/ml Ru(Ⅲ). The method had a limit of detection for Ru(Ⅲ) of 0.010 μg/ml and permitted 98 determinations per hour. Conclusion: The proposed method is rapid, simple and sensitive. The result of determing Ru(Ⅲ) in refined ore is satisfactory.
