研究了题示的多元络合物的最佳形成条件,其显色后ε可达4×10~5以上,是迄今测定钛灵敏度最高的分光光度法。
In a buffer solution of HAc-NH4Ac at pH 4.65-5.20, Ti(IV)reacts with chlorophosphonazo mA-H2NOH . HCl-TritoaX-100-Tween 80 to form a complex, which has two very evident absorption peaks at 632 nm and 691 nm. The molar ratio of complex is Ti(IV) : CPAmA-1 :2. The molar absorptivity is 2.50X106 at 691am and the contract AX=141nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 1-4ug/25ml for Ti(IV).
