摘要
目的 :调查上海五角场地区高血压的流行现状。方法 :在上海市五角场地区 4个居民点 ,按统一方案调查了 15岁以上 6 75 4人 (男 3 2 80人 ,女 3 474人 )的血压情况。患病率的标化 ,采用我国 1982年人口构成。结果 :高血压 (包括确诊高血压和临界高血压 )的患病粗率为 2 2 .15 % ,标化患病率为 13.6 6 % ,男女性高血压患病率无显著差异 ,随年龄增长高血压患病率逐渐增高 ,且 35岁以上高血压的患病率增加幅度较快。高血压患者中 6 0 .90 %为老年人 (≥ 6 0岁 ) ,老年人的高血压病患病粗率为 49.0 % ,标化患病率为 48.85 %。确诊高血压的知晓率为 5 4.46 %。纯收缩期高血压 (ISH)的患病粗率为 2 .43% ,标化患病率为 1.17% ,女性患病率高于男性。 45岁以上 ISH的患病率几乎成直线上升。 ISH患者中 85 .98%为老年人 ,老年人 ISH的患病粗率为 7.5 9% ,标化患病率为 7.19%。 结论 :高血压为一常见疾病 ,好发于老年人 ,男女性患病率无明显差异 ;ISH是主要见于老年人的一种高血压类型 。
Objective: To study the prevalence of hypertension in Wujiaochang district in Shanghai.Methods:A total of 6 754 persons (3 280 males and 3 474 females) aged over 15 were surveyed by a standardized protocol. Results: The crude prevalence rate of hypertension (including established and borderline hypertension) was 22.15%, and the age adjusted rate was 13.66%. No significant difference was found between males and females. The prevalence rate increased progressively with aging, especially over 35 years old. About 60.9% of hypertensive patients were aged people (≥60). The crude prevalence rate of hypertension in aged population was 49.0%, The age adjusted rate was 48.85%. The crude prevalence rate of isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) was 2.43%, and the age adjusted rate was 1.17%. The prevalence rate of ISH in females was significantly higher than in males. The prevalence rate increased progressively with aging, especially over 45 years old. Of ISH patients, 85.98% were aged people. The prevalence rate of ISH in aged population was 7.59%, and the age adjusted rate was 7.19%.Conclusion: Hypertension is a common disease, especially in aged people. ISH is a subtype of hypertension mainly in the elderly, and the prevalence rate of ISH in females is significantly higher than thatin males.
