摘要
[目的]了解乌鲁木齐南山牧区哈萨克族人群高血压患病率及相关知识知晓情况,探讨适合哈萨克族人群高血压防治的健康促进方法。[方法]采用整群抽样方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐南山牧区甘沟乡5个村,18岁及以上牧民1 233人,并进行入户访谈式问卷调查。[结果]高血压患病率为52.39%,且随着年龄的增加高血压患病率呈上升趋势;被调查者对高血压的基本知识认识不足,13个问题的平均得分为5.43分(满分为26分),平均知晓率为11.71%;高血压者与非高血压者知信行比较,知晓正常血压范围、自己的血压、高血压可以预防、高盐饮食易患高血压等比较差异有统计学意义,且非高血压者知晓率优于高血压病人。[结论]南山牧区哈萨克族牧民高血压相关知识知晓率低,社区健康教育力度不足,提高目标人群对高血压的知晓率,是控制该地区哈萨克族人群高血压的关键。
Objective： To know the status quo of hypertension prevalence and related knowledge among Kazakh group in South Mountain area of Urumqi city,so as to probe into health promotion ways suited to Kazakh people for hypertension prevention and treatment. Methods： By adopting cluster sampling,a total of 1 233 aged over 18 yrs Kazakh people from 5 villages of Gangou town in South Mountain area of Urumqi city were selected randomly and had been interviewed face to face with above mentioned method. Results ： The prevalence of hypertension was averaged 52.39 %. The prevalence rate increased with the increase of their age. All people of investigated were lack of recognition toward the basic knowledge of hypertension. The average scores about hypertension knowledge was 5.43 （total scores 26）. The awareness rate among them was 11. 71%. To compare the knowledge, the attitude, and the behaviors between hypertension and non--hypertension people, in terms of knowing normal range of blood pressure, blood pressure of oneself,hypertension could be prevented,and high natrium diet being prone to developed hypertension, there was statistical significant different between them. And the knowing rate of non--hypertension was higher than that of non--hypertension cases. Conclusion： The knowing rate of hypertension related knowledge among Kazakh herdsman of South Mountain area was low. Health education in community is not strong enough. So the key points for prevention and control group hypertension of Kazakh ethnic were to promote the knowing rate of objective group toward hypertension.
