摘要
为了适应社区卫生服务发展的需要 ,我们在全科医学教育培训方面进行了一些探索。本文从培训的组织建设、师资建设、教学管理规范建设、教学设施设备建设方面对全科医学教育培训的组织实施进行了阐述。介绍了目前开展全科医学教育培训的几种模式 ,提出了全科医学教育培训的发展构想。
In order to meet the needs of the community health service,we investigated and studied the general practice education and training.This article introduces some patterns,from the organized system to the trained teachers,from the managing standards to the teaching facilities,and also designs the suitable arrangements for general practice education and training.
