摘要
基于北京市朝阳区大力发展社区卫生服务 3年多的实践 ,就发展社区卫生服务的关键所在 -人力资源开发 ,在配置卫生资源、实施全科医学培训工程、制定相应政策保障、充分展示社区卫生服务功能等方面的现状及其对策进行了充分的论述和有益的探讨。
Based on the experience of developing the community health care greatly more than 3 years since 1996 in the Chaoyang district of Beijing,the paper described health manpower and explored the key part of developing the community health care-health manpower development,analysing current situation and the countermeasures aiming at existing problems of allocating the health resources,implementing the General Practice training project,establishing the correspond policy,and showing the function of the community health care sufficiently.
