超柔软镀银纬编防辐射面料的设计 被引量:1

摘要 以镀银锦纶纱、50%精梳棉+50%莫代尔混纺色纱、氨纶丝为原料,在单面针织大圆机上开发具有高电磁辐射屏蔽效能,并且轻薄、柔软、透气、穿着舒适的功能性针织面料。介绍了该面料的原料配比、编织工艺以及整理工艺,并对面料的屏蔽效能进行测试与评价。结果表明:该超柔软镀银纬编防辐射面料在电磁辐射频率低于3 000 MHz时,屏蔽效能高于40 dB,电磁波的衰减率达到99.99%以上,能有效屏蔽来自家电及自然界产生的电磁辐射。 This paper uses the silver-coated nylon,combed cotton blended with Modal colored yarn and polyurethane fiber as raw materials to develop one kind of high efficient electro-magnetic radiation shielding fabric on the large diameter single circular weft knitting machine,which bears the advantages of flimsy,softness,air-permeability and comfort.It introduces the compositions of raw materials,knitting technology and finishing technology,and tests and evaluates the electro-magnetic radiation shielding efficiency.The results show that when the electro-magnetic radiation frequency is lower than 3 000 MHz,the shielding efficiency is larger than 40 dB,and the decay rate of electro-magnetic radiation reaches more than 99.99%.It can be concluded that the developed fabric can effectively shield the electro-magnetic radiation coming from household electrical appliances and natural world.
