摘要
介绍智能温控纺织品现状,从保温纺织品、降温纺织品和调温纺织品3方面总结了智能温控纺织品的主要工艺,综述智能温控纺织品在变色时装、保暖内衣、内置加热滑雪服、降温调温消防服、患者病情监护服、防辐射防紫外线服等方面的应用。指出智能纺织品存在加工难度大、制造成本高、耐久性差等问题,这也是未来行业应关注的关键问题。
In this paper, the main process of intelligent temperature control textiles are summarized from insulation textiles, cooling textiles and temperature control textiles three aspects. Intelligent temperature control textiles in many aspects, such as discoloration fashion, thermal underwear, built-in ski suits, cooling thermostat firefighting suits, patient care suits, anti-UV radiation suits are briefly described. Intelligent temperature control textile still has the problems of high processing difficulty, high manufacturing cost and poor durability, which are the key problems that should be paid attention to in the future.
