摘要
介绍了建立军人健康档案对于实时掌控官兵身心健康和提高官兵健康水平具有重大意义,指出了当前军队在建设军队人员电子健康档案平台时存在的问题和难点,并针对相应的不足,提出了新的思路和解决方案。根据实施电子健康档案流程,着重从理论研究、系统规范、平台建设、安全体系和共享机制等方面进行了深入分析研究,为构建军队人员电子健康档案提供了理论基础和实践经验。
Building the military health records is of great significance for the real-time control of the physical and mental health and for raising the health level of the officers and soldiers. The insufficiency and difficulties in building the electronic health records platform are pointed out, and the new corresponding solutions are put forward. According to the flow in carrying out the electronic health records platform, main sides including theoretical investigation, system criterion, platform construction, security structure and sharing mechanism are researched deeply, which provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for building the military electronic health records.
