摘要
从分析区域卫生信息化建设的背景出发阐述了军队区域医疗信息化建设的指导思想、基本原则、建设目标及总体设计等基本思路,并结合国家科技计划项目的研究情况介绍了一个实际案例,为军队下一步开展区域医疗卫生信息化建设给出了意见及建议。
It is expounded the basic ideas of the construction for regional health information system in army by analyzing the its background. And it is given the construction advice of RHIS in army in the future.
