摘要
对相同热处理工艺的低碳调质钢15MnNiCrMoV与马氏体不锈钢1Cr13的异质钢焊接接头在体积分数分别为10%HCl,10%H2SO4和4%H2S的三种腐蚀介质中均匀浸泡,测试此异质钢焊接接头的耐腐蚀能力。均匀浸泡温度保持在35℃,腐蚀时间根据试验中的具体腐蚀情况而定。试验结果表明:在三种不同腐蚀环境中,焊接接头耐蚀性均较差,且在三种腐蚀环境中异质钢焊接接头热影响区的耐蚀性均比焊缝处耐蚀性低;在体积分数为10%的HCl溶液中,1Cr13钢一侧热影响区的腐蚀程度要比15MnNiCrMoV钢一侧热影响区严重,而在体积分数为10%的H2SO4溶液和体积分数为4%的H2S溶液中,15MnNiCrMoV钢一侧热影响区的腐蚀程度比1Cr13钢一侧热影响区严重。
The heterongeneous steel welding joint of low carbon quenchen and tempered steel 15MnNiCrMoV and martensite stainless steel 1Cr13 with the same heat treatment process was dipped in corrosion medium of 10%HCI,10%H2SO4 and 4%H2S respectively,and the corrosion resistance capability was tested .The uniform imm ersing temperature holds on 35℃,and corrosion time depends on the specific corrosion condition .The test results showes that in three kinds of corrosion medium,the corrosion resistance of welding joint is worse,and the corrosion resistance of the heterogeneous steel HAZ is lower than that of weld in thd soluting of 10% HCI,the corrosion degree at one sid of 1Cr13 steel HAZ is more serious that that of 15MnNiCrMoV steel,while in the solution of 10%H2SO4a and 4%H2S,the result condition is on the contrary.
