摘要
针对中频感应加热器在实际使用过程中由于工况的改变,致使功率因数下降,效率降低的现实,分析了影响加热效率的主要因素,并重点对频率因素进行研究。指出通过数字信号处理器(DSP)对功率因数实时检测,同时对电源工作频率实时调整能大大提升加热效率。最后通过MATLAB实验仿真,证明方法正确有效。
With the change of working situation, the power factor of medium frequency induction heating dechnes. This paper analyses the factors that affect the power factor, and mainly focus on frequency selection. By using Digital Signal Processor ( DSP } to detect power factor in real time and adjusting the frequency of power properly, the power factor of the system can be improved greatly. Finally, the simulation on MATLAB demonstrates this method correct and effective.
