沙利度胺联合环孢素A治疗骨髓增生异常综合征临床分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察沙利度胺联合环孢素A治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效。方法所有MDS患者均接受十一酸睾酮基础治疗;治疗组35例,予以沙利度胺联合环孢素A治疗;对照组32例,予以环孢素A治疗;比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6个月时治疗组有效率为74.3%,对照组为59.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。没有发现严重的药物不良反应。结论沙利度胺联合环孢素A治疗MDS疗效明显,且用药安全。
