摘要
食管吻合口瘘是食管癌、贲门癌切除或转流术后发生的一种严重并发症,一旦发生,不仅影响手术效果,而且容易危及生命。为了预防其发生、提高术后食管吻合口瘘治愈率,现对其发生原因及护理进展进行综述;强调护理重点在于早期预防、早期发现、早期正确治疗。
Esophagus anastomosis is a serious complication following esophageal cardia cancer resection. If happened, not only affects the operation effect, and easy to endanger life. To prevent its emergence and improve the cure rate of postoperative esophagus anastomosis, the causes and nursing progress were reviewed. It＇s emphasized in nursing that the complication should be early prevented, early detected and early treated.
