摘要
目的探讨显微支撑喉镜手术过程中局部损伤并发症的原因和防治方法。方法1086例声带疾病患者,男579例,女507例,年龄9～72岁,平均35.6岁,均在全麻下行显微支撑喉镜手术。结果1086例中71例出现并发症,其中局部黏膜损伤37例,门齿损伤8例,舌损伤13例,颞颌关节损伤9例,术中窦性心动过缓4例。结论显微支撑喉镜手术,特别是放置喉镜过程,正确的手法和体位,合适的麻醉深度和肌松效果能减少或预防局部损伤等并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of local injuries during laryngoscope operations under microscope support and their preventive methods. Methods Laryngoscope operations were performed on 1,086 cases (male 576, female 507, with a average age of 35.6 years) of vocal cord diseases under general anesthesia under microscope support.Results Among the 1,086, 71 cases suffered from complications, which included 37 cases of local mucous injury, eight of incisor tooth injury, 13 of tongue injury, and nine of temporomandibular joint injury. Also, there were four cases of sinus bradycardia. Conclusion Proper technique, position, depth of anesthesia, and muscle relaxation can decrease or prevent the occurrence of complications of local injuries during the microscope operation especially during the placement of laryngoscope.
