摘要
目的探讨应对方式对完美主义与择业焦虑关系的中介效应,为减轻大学生择业焦虑提供依据。方法采用近乎完美量表修订版、高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷和应对方式问卷,对天津市3所423名高校毕业生的完美主义与择业焦虑的关系进行研究,并分析应对方式对二者关系的中介效应。结果在完美主义的3个因子中,只有差异因子与择业焦虑各个因子以及总分显著相关,差异因子与自责、幻想和退避3个不成熟应对方式显著相关,择业焦虑总分与不成熟应对方式显著相关(P值均<0.05)。不成熟的应对方式在完美主义差异因子与择业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.235。结论应通过缩小择业目标与实际就业环境的差距以及降低不成熟应对方式的使用频率,来降低学生的择业焦虑水平。
Objective To explore the mediation effect of coping styles on the relationship between perfectionism and vocational selection anxiety,and to provide evidence for eliminating their vocational selection anxiety.Methods Using the Almost Perfect Scale-Revised(APS-R),Coping Style Questionnaire and Vocational Selection Anxiety Questionnaire to investigate the relation between Perfectionism and Vocational Selection Anxiety among 423 undergraduates,and examined the mediation effect of coping styles on their relationship.Results Among the three subscales of the APS-R,only Discrepancy was significantly positive correlated with all factors and the total score of vocational selection anxiety,and discrepancy with immature coping style,vocational selection anxiety with immature coping style.Immature coping styles partly mediated the relationship between discrepancy and vocational selection anxiety.Conclusion In the employment guide work,the gap between the aim of vocational selection and employment environment can be narrowed and reduce the frequency of immature coping style to reduce vocational selection anxiety level.
