摘要
脓毒症是导致内外科病人死亡的重要原因之一,脓毒症的发生过程中信号转导通路的活化与表达有较多变化。p38MAPK通路与炎症因子表达、免疫功能异常及多器官功能衰竭的形成有密切联系。中药及提取物可通过干预p38MAPK通路来达到治疗脓毒症的目的。
