摘要
目的:观察八正散治疗女性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:将100例女性尿路感染患者随机分为两组。治疗组50例,以八正散治疗;对照组50例,以左氧氟沙星治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率88%,优于对照组70%,(P<0.05),临床症状积分亦治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八正散能有效的缓解患者症状,提高对女性尿路感染的临床治疗效果。
Objective：To observe Bazheng San treat women urinary infection clinical curative effect.Methods：100 cases of female patients with urinary tract infections were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 50 patients with Bazheng San treatment;The control group of 50 cases to levofloxacin treatment.Study the clinical curative effect of two sets.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group clinical（88%）than those in the control group（70%,P〈0.05）,clinical symptom scores also treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bazheng San can effectively relieve symptoms and improve the female urinary infection clinical treatment effect.
