摘要
目的:探讨女性下尿路感染的临床特点及临床诊治措施,以提高临床诊治的水平。方法:对2007年7月～2009年6月在本院门诊就诊并接受治疗的268例女性下尿路感染患者的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:本组268例患者中仅69例患者有明显的下尿路刺激症状,占25.75%;213例患者合并有其他疾病,占79.48%。268例患者中临床治愈256例,临床治愈率为95.52%,12例患者有好转。结论:女性下尿路感染的临床表现具有不典型性,且多合并有糖尿病、妇科疾病以及尿路梗阻等疾病。根据患者病情,合理化、规范化使用抗生素进行积极的治疗,同时治疗各种伴发疾病,可提高治愈率。
Objective：To explore the female lower urinary tract infection the clinical features and clinical measures to improve the clinical level.Methods：From July 2007 to June 2009 in our hospital clinic and treated 268 cases of female patients with lower urinary tract infection were retrospectively analyzed clinical treatment.Results：268 patients,only 69 patients had significant lower urinary tract irritation,accounting for 25.75% ;213 cases of patients with other diseases,accounting for 79.48%.268 patients in 256 cases of clinical cure,clinical cure rate was 95.52%,and 12 patients had improved.Conclusion：Women with lower urinary tract infection with atypical clinical manifestations,and more complicated with diabetes,gynecological disease,and diseases such as urinary tract obstruction.According to the patients condition,rationalization,standardization,use of antibiotics active treatment,while treatment of various complicated diseases,improve the cure rate.
