摘要
目的:观察生髓育麟汤对少精子症患者血清生殖激素以及生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服生髓育麟汤,对照组口服枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察两组治疗前后精液质量及血清生殖激素、生精细胞凋亡的变化情况。结果:治疗24周后两组精液质量各参数均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组优于对照组。治疗后两组FSH、LH、T水平均有所上升,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组生精细胞凋亡率均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组更为显著。结论:生髓育麟汤能调节生殖内分泌功能,抑制生精细胞凋亡,促进生精细胞和精子的发育成熟从而改善少精子症患者的精液质量。
Objective：To observe the efficacy on the hormone and spermatogenic cells apoptosis of Shengsui Yulin decoction on oligospermatism.Methods：Nighty patients with oligospermatism were randomly divided into two groups,the control group treated with Clomifene pills and the treated group with Shengsui Yulin decoction,observing the seminal quality,hormone and spermatogenic cells apoptosis.Results：It showed the seminal quality was improved in two groups after twenty-four weeks（P〈0.05）,the treated group showed a better effect than the control group.It showed the levels of FSH,LH and T were increased in two groups,and the levels of spermatogenic cells apoptosis were decreased（P〈0.05）.The treated group showed a better effect than the control group.Conclusion：Shengsui Yulin decoction could improve the sperm of the patients with oligospermia by optimizing endocrine function and inhibiting the spermatogenic cells apoptosis and improving spermatogenic cells maturation.
