摘要
胃肠道系统功能评价是中药配伍禁忌研究的重要内容。本文围绕胃肠运动、分泌、吸收、屏障功能及微生物菌群调节等方面,探索性构建了适宜于中药配伍禁忌研究特点的胃肠道系统功能评价技术体系;探讨中药反药组合通过促进或抑制胃肠运动与分泌功能,干预药物胃肠吸收过程,影响胃肠屏障功能,调节胃肠道菌群结构与生态诸环节,揭示其产生致毒增毒或减效降效及相互作用机制,以期为阐明中药配伍禁忌的科学内涵提供有效支撑。
Evaluation of the gastrointestinal tract system function is a very important part for studying incompatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.This article focuses on gastrointestinal motility,secretion,absorption,barriers and microbiota,seeks to establish an evaluation system on gastrointestinal tract function which in accordance with the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine incompatibility.And then,we discuss the possible mechanism of the incompatible herb combination interaction through the way of promoting or weakening gastrointestinal motility and secretion,affecting absorb process,influencing gastrointestinal barriers function,adjusting gastrointestinal environment and bacterial spectrum,with a view to provide support to research of Chinese herbal medicine incompatibility,seeks to establish a gastrointestinal function evaluation system which fitting to the character of Chinese herbal medicine incompatibility research.
