摘要
目的:探讨愈溃膜抗炎作用及其用于实验性口腔溃疡的治疗作用。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀法观察愈溃膜的抗炎作用;采用化学烧灼法制备口腔溃疡动物模型,观察愈溃膜对豚鼠口腔溃疡的治疗作用。结果:愈溃膜可抑制二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀程度,各组肿胀度与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);愈溃膜可明显减轻溃疡炎性肿胀程度和渗出,缩短溃疡愈合时间,缩小溃疡面积;局部黏膜组织病理结果显示愈溃膜可缓解溃疡组织炎性表现,减轻血管充血、组织水肿和炎性细胞浸润程度,促进上皮层的修复。结论:愈溃膜具有抗炎、镇痛和促进溃疡愈合的作用,具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effecs of Yukuimo prescription on experimental oral ulcer. Methods： The mouse auricle swelling test was adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effect;the chemical cauterization method was used to copy oral ulcer animal models ;the therapeutic effees of Yukuimo prescription on oral ulcer of Guinea Pig were observed. Results： Yukuimo prescription could inhibit the mouse auricle swelling induced by Xylene and the swelling comparison among all the groups showed that P 〈 0.05 ; Yukuimo prescription could act on the oral ulcer models of Guinea Pig. The results showed that Yukuimo prescription could significantly reduce the degree of inflammatory swelling of ulcers and exudation, shorten the healing time and reduce the ulcer area. Local mucosal tissue pathology results showed that this preparation can reduce ulcer inflammatory manifestations, reduce vascular congestion, tissue edema and inflammatory cell infiltration extent and promote the repair of the epithelium. Conelusion：Yukuimo prescription has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects as well as the effect of promotion of ulcer healing,indicating a good clinical application prospect.
