摘要
针对海上高温深井碳酸盐岩储层的酸压改造提出了降滤失酸体系。该体系是在普通酸液中加入线性高分子稠化剂GC-201,并通过加入交联剂GC-205及辅助交联剂GC-206,使酸液具有较高的黏度。性能评价结果表明,该体系具有较好的温度稳定性和抗剪切性能,在150℃高温下的有效黏度保持在100~150 mPa.s之间,可有效控制滤失,保持很好的缓速效果,其酸岩反应速度约为常规稠化酸反应速度的1/4左右。该体系在冀东油田海上重点探井南堡283井奥陶系裸眼段大规模酸压改造中进行了应用,同时采用了多级注入降滤失酸酸压工艺技术,实现了深度酸压,提高了有效酸蚀裂缝距离,为中国海上碳酸盐岩高温储层大规模酸压施工提供了经验。
The fluid loss control acid system is developed facing to acid fracturing of carbonatite reservoir in high temperaturedeep offshore wells. This system is composed of normal acid fluid, lineal polymer thickener GC-201, primary crosslinkerGC-205 and second corsslinker GC-206. The evaluation results show that the effective viscosity is 100-150 mPa·s as highas 150℃, and the reaction rate between acid and rock is a quarter of normal. The application in well Nanpu283 shows thatthe operation of acid fracturing in open hole is successful, and the technology of multistage injecting fluid loss control acidis used to realize deep acid fracturing, which improves the length of effective acid corrosion fractures.
