摘要
根据深度酸化的需要,研制出了VY101阳离子型高分子稠化剂,并提出了以VY101为稠化剂的稠化酸液配方。本文考察了VY101稠化剂及稠化酸液的综合性能,结果表明,VY101在盐酸中溶解性好,具有很好的增粘性、热稳定性和抗剪切性,有一定的防止粘土膨胀的作用,与常用的酸液添加剂配伍性好;由VY101配成的稠化酸与岩石的反应速度慢,泵送阻力小,是一种性能良好的深度酸化工作液。
An unsaturated tertiary ammonium/acrylamide copolymer as acid gelling agent, VY 101, is synthesized and VY 101 gelled hydrochloric acidizing fluids are formulated and evaluted in laboratory extensively. In 15 28% hydrochloric acids, VY 101 is highly compatible with a series of commonly used commercial acid additives, including corrosion inhibitors, ferroferric ions and clay slabilizers, and backflow aids. The gelled acids prepared are heat and shear resistant, have satisfactory rheologic characteristics and their reactivity with marble is 4-6 times lower than that of ungelled acids. Besides, VY 101 is a good friction reducer for aqueous systems.
