油基钻井液在高温高压下的密度预测新模型 被引量:5

New Prediction Model for Oil-Base Mud Density in HTHP Conditions

摘要 在高温高压井中,当钻遇复杂地层时需及时调整钻井液的密度。目前所建立的油基钻井液在高温高压条件下的密度预测模型都是根据实验结果建立的经验模型,尽管这些模型具有较高的拟合精度,但当钻井液密度发生改变时,其模型中的各项回归系数就不再适用。建立了一个新的密度预测模型,其特点是,当油基钻井液配方不变时,可根据某一给定密度油基钻井液的含温度、压力的密度模型,准确地预测其加重后在高温高压条件下的密度。并且,将模型计算值与实验数据进行对比可以发现,加重材料的加入会对钻井液造成一个附加的体积变化,因而经本研究修正后的预测模型具有更高的准确性。 The empirical model of density-predicting for oil-base mud in HTHP conditions which was built on the basis ofexperiments has high simulation precision. However, the coefficients need to be re-regressed when the density of drillingfluid changed. In this paper, the method of predicting the density of enhanced oil-base mud in HTHP conditions is studied,basing on the density-model for oil-base mud of some certain density, while the formulation was invariant. The experimentsdata show that the weighting materials bring about additional changes in volume, so that the corrected predicting model hashigher precision.
