摘要
在说明微泡沫钻井液良好性能和特点的基础上,针对现场应用中的难点,指出了研究该钻井液体系密度与温度、压力关系的重要性。介绍了在高温高压条件下测定水基微泡沫钻井液静密度与压力和温度关系的室内试验方法,利用新研制的高温高压钻井液密度测量装置测量了两种微泡沫钻井液在不同温度、压力下的密度,分析了高温高压对微泡沫钻井液密度的影响规律。结果表明,当温度一定时,微泡沫钻井液密度随压力增加而增大;保持压力不变时,微泡沫钻井液的密度随温度的升高而减小。描述了微泡沫钻井液密度受温度和压力影响而变化的机理。
Based on introduction of good performance and properties of micro-foam drilling fluids, this paper pointed out the importance of investigating the relation between the density of this fluid with temperature and pressure considering the challenges in the field application. In this paper, a method to measure the relationship between static density of water-based micro-foam drilling fluids and temperature and pressure was introduced. Using this new instrument, the density of two kinds of water-based aphrons at different temperature and pressure were measured. The impact of HPHT on water-based aphrons static density was analyzed. Results indicate that water-based aphrons density increases with the increase of pressure when pressure is constant. When pressure is constant, the density decreases with the increase of temperature. Accordingly the mechanism of density change under the impact of pressure and temperature was described.
