摘要 α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂通过结合α-葡萄糖苷酶的位点来阻断碳水化合物降解为葡萄糖,是一种重要的降低餐后血糖水平的物质。从天然产物中提取分离出多糖类、生物碱类、黄酮类和皂苷类等化学成分,可以竞争性或非竞争性地抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。相比于化学合成糖苷酶抑制剂,天然产物中的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂具有品种多、效果明显、副作用小的优势,可以通过科学组方,发挥其协同增效作用。 Alpha-glucosidase inhibitor is an important substance to improve the postprandial hyperglycemia since binding between inhibitor and glucosidase prevents carbohydrate turning into glucose. Four kinds of chemical compositions including polysaccharides, alkaloid, flavones and saponins were extracted and isolated from natural plant. They could competively or noncompetitively inhibit the activity of alpha glucosidase. Compared with inhibitors from chemical synthesis, alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from natural herb had some predominance including many sorts, obvious effect and lower side effect. Furthermore, their synergistic effect could be shown in the inhibition to alpha-glucosidase through scientific combination.
