摘要
目的:探讨南宁市食物中毒的发生规律和流行特点,为建立预防、控制及主动监测机制提供科学依据,达到食物中毒的有效防控。方法:根据中毒发生概况、时间分布、致病因素分布、污染环节分布等流行特点,对南宁市2004-2009年发生的食物中毒事件的调查报告、报表等相关资料进行整理分析。结果:南宁市2004-2009年共发生食物中毒226起,中毒人数3 012人,死亡1人;食物中毒发生的季节集中在第二、三季度;食物中毒的致病因素以微生物为主;食物中毒污染环节以原料污染或变质为主。结论:针对南宁市食物中毒的规律和特点,提出加强对高发季节、高发因素、高发污染环节的卫生监控以及卫生宣传教育等有效预防措施。
[Objective] To investigate the regularities and characteristics of food poisoning in Nanning city and to provide the scientific basis for establishing the mechanism of prevention, control and active surveillance, and finally to reach the goal of effective control of food poisoning. [Method] The relevant data including poisoning information, the distributions of time, reasons and pollution links were analyzed. [Result] There were 226 cases of food poisoning in total during 2004-2009 in Nanning. The number of poisoning was 3 012 and 1 death, the events of food poisoning almost happened in the second and third season, the main reason of poisoning was pathogenic microorganisms, and the key links of pollution were main foodstuff pollution and deterioration. [Conclusion] Considering the regularities and characteristics of food poisoning in Nanning, the effective preventive measures proposed were strengthening health monitoring and education for high-occurrence season, factors and pollution links.
