摘要
研究金属陶瓷材料(TiC-NiCr)表层显微组织结构对机械性能的影响,实验表明,用TiC-NiCr金属陶瓷制造的国产挤压机模板具有耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀的特性,完全可以替代进口模板(TiC-Fe或WC-Co),不但寿命长,而且成本低,是聚丙烯装置进口模板国产化的成功案例,值得推广使用。
The influence of the surface microstructure of cermet materials was studied on the mechanical properties. The experiment showed that the domestic extruder templates made by using TiC - NiCr were high temperature resistant, wear resistant and corrosion resistant. They can replace inward template (TiC - Fe or WC - Co) with long life and low cost, which was a successful case about the imported template localization of polypropylene plant, and was worth to be popularized and applied.
