聚乳酸基三元共混物的热处理

Heat Treatment of Polylactide-based Ternary Blends

摘要 采用3种热处理过程对聚乳酸(PLA)、聚(己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯)(PBAT)和聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)的共混物进行了热处理。采用广角X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等对共混物进行了表征,研究了热处理过程对共混物结构和性能的影响。结果表明:退火处理促进了共混物中PLA的结晶,提高了共混物的水蒸气阻隔性;先淬火再退火相对于直接退火处理,共混物的水蒸气阻隔性较好。 Three different kinds of heat treatment methods were applied to the blends of poly(lactic acid) (PLA)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC). The blends were characterized with wide angle X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, polarized optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscope, and the effects of the heat treatment process on the structures and properties of the blends were studied. The results show that: the crystallization of PLA in the blends promotes and the water vapour barrier property enhances after been annealed. The vapour barrier property of blends treated with first quenched and then annealed is better than that of blends treated with direct annealing.
