摘要
目的探讨突发性耳聋的发病与脑动脉血流动力学改变的相互关系。方法采用Doppler Box双通道数字经颅多普勒血流仪对50例突聋患者与30例对照组进行检测,评估椎基底动脉、小脑后下动脉血流动力学状态。结果突聋组椎基底动脉、小脑后下动脉异常检出率、血流速度减低、血流速度异常和/或伴脑动脉硬化检出率分别为62.0%、48.0%、36.0%,明显高于对照组的20.0%、16.7%、16.7%(P均<0.05);两组血管痉挛检出率分别为14.0%、3.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论突发性耳聋发生可能与大脑血流动力学改变有关。
Objective To explore the correlation between sudden deafness and the changes of cerebral artery haemodynamics. Methods The Doppler Box two-channel digital TCD instrument was used in 50 patients with sudden deafness and 30 controls to assess the conditions of their vertebrobasilar artery and posterior inferior cerebral artery blood flow. Results The detection rates of abnormal vertebrobasilar artery and posterior inferior cerebral artery, reduced blood flow, abnormal blood flow velocity and/or combined cerebral arteriosclerosis in sudden deafness patients were significantly higher than the controls (62.0% ,48.0% ,36.0% vs 20.0% ,16.7% ,16.7% ;All P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of cerebral vasospasm between the two groups (14.0% vs 3.3 % ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The occurrence of sudden deafness may be correlated with the changes of cerebral haemodynamics.
